From The Wrong Side of Town

 wrong side of the tracks

Several folks have been judged because they have lived or are living on the “wrong” side of town. Has anyone asked the question, “Who decided this was the wrong side”? Towns are filled with people of different means, some poor, some wealthy and those in between. Having wealth doesn’t mean you are on the right side, or you are superior to others. Being poor doesn’t mean you are cursed and are under submission to others. I look at wealth as an attitude. God is the Creator of the ALL things and if I belong to Him, I have access to all the wealth and don’t have need. I believe Psalm 23, “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing”. So whether you live on the left or right, north or south of town, it’s a location. You are Somebody because God is your Father and says you are!
