There are many “Christians” in the world today. Others look at these so-called Christians and decide not to bother. There are so many churches in the south due to someone in charge not agreeing with another and deciding to start their own church. We are all different and are not going to agree on every detail, so why try or think that it’s a possibility. Some Christian folks will just be looked upon in negative light and make others wonder what’s so different about them that they call themselves Christian. 1 John 2:3-6 tells us “we know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands. The man who says, ‘I know him,’ but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But if anyone obeys his word, God’s love is truly made complete in him. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must walk as Jesus did.” If you claim to be a Christian, please be real and not pseudo. Make a choice. If you want the wonderful life-giving joy that comes from a personal relationship with Jesus, live like Jesus lived. If you want to be like the world and take in all the pleasures it has to offer, then do it! But don’t say you’re a Christian and then act like the world. You give the Christians a bad reputation!
