Our words have great meanings. Words express our feelings, emotions, intentions as well as our knowledge, wisdom and concerns. We may not realize it, but our words speak life and death. Proverbs 18:21 “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit”.
Matthew 15:18 “But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these make a man ‘unclean’.”
Emoto’s water experiment ( www.highexistance.com ) amazingly shows the visible affects our words have on life. He takes a drops of water from the same location, one drop has negative words spoken to it and the other positive words. The water drops respond differently due to the negative and positive energy. It is amazing the visible affects our words have. The first words spoken by God created life. Our words encourage, show love, gratitude, pride and comfort to others. Positive words spoken to young lives can create the foundation of success, creativity, wisdom, and confidence. Unfortunately, not every person speaks positive words and not every positive person speaks that way constantly. We are human, so we will sin, regret words we say and even kill over words spoken to us. The enemy distorts and perverts everything created including our words. He spoke lies and deceit causing the end of paradise. The Bible mentions several times about the power of the tongue and how we are unable to control it on our own. It warns us to be careful not to speak too soon, too harsh, and without thinking. James (1:19) tells “my dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry”.
The reason Emoto’s experiment is so powerful with one drop of water is because the human body is about 70% water. Word energy affects every one of us whether we realize it or not. It shapes who we are from the earliest word spoken to us. Negative people have been given negative words the majority of their lives. Is it too late to turn a negative into a positive? No. It is never too late for Jesus to change the body’s water. God fills us with the Holy Spirit whom saturates our being with positive spiritual words that transforms lives.
